What experience with having to refind an 'anchor',
have you had? (before my injury my anchor for when
I needed to escape and reset, was to jump in the car and head off to a random mountain, then climb it and just bask at the top, after my injury, that's not exactly been possible,  so I've been attempting to create/find a new version)

Mari:
Big Victory: I hit my weight goal of 75kg! And even slipped under a bit.

Fionn:
Little victories: keeping up the workout to see the first
improvements and managing to fit the sessions in an extended
lunchtime rather than having a very long day.

Diurach:

just out and about even back to the same spot a whole bunch
